Workspaces

Every company gets its own private, isolated environment inside EasyFlow.

What is a workspace

A workspace (also called a tenant) is one company's private home inside EasyFlow. Every workspace has its own team, its own workflows, its own ERP connections, and its own data. Two workspaces never see each other's information.

Tenant isolation applies across every surface — including the Forecasting page. When you navigate to Forecasting from inside a tenant workspace, EasyFlow automatically scopes all charts, demand projections, inventory coverage data, and urgency scores to that tenant only. No other company's data is ever shown.

ℹIf you manage supply chain operations for multiple companies — as a 3PL, a consultant, or a holding group — each company is a separate workspace. You switch between them from the Globe screen.

Creating a workspace

1
Open Admin Portal

Click the purple shield icon in the sidebar. Only super admins and platform admins can create workspaces.

2
Click New Tenant

A 4-step wizard opens.

3
Step 1 — Company details

Company name, industry, operational mode, headquarters city, region, and plan (Starter / Professional / Enterprise).

4
Step 2 — Supply chain modules

Select which modules to enable: Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Suppliers, Logistics, Dispatch, Quality, Forecasting.

5
Step 3 — Admin user

The person who will manage this workspace. They receive an invitation email and get Tenant Admin role automatically.

6
Step 4 — Review and create

Confirm all settings. The workspace is provisioned immediately and appears on the Globe screen.

Workspace settings

After creation, the Tenant Admin can update: display name, industry, timezone, default approval escalation time, notification preferences, and connected ERP systems.
