Available Connectors

Current connector architecture, example templates, and what has been implemented so far.

n8n workflow templates

Ready-to-import n8n workflows are in examples/n8n-workflows/. Each file contains a complete n8n workflow with pre-configured nodes, field mappings, and EasyFlow endpoint settings.

  • sap-to-easyflow.json — SAP S/4HANA purchase orders via OData, runs every 5 minutes
  • oracle-to-easyflow.json — Oracle ERP Cloud purchase orders via REST, runs every 10 minutes
  • More templates can be added by contributors or customers validating against their own ERP environments
ℹThe connector story today is best understood as an open integration framework. Some templates and source mappings already exist, while other ERP pathways are documented and ready for customer-side or community-side validation.

Adding a new ERP not on the list

1
Check if n8n has a node for it

Go to localhost:5678, click Add Node, and search for your ERP name. n8n has 400+ integrations. If it's there, you can build a workflow without any custom code.

2
Use the generic HTTP node

If n8n doesn't have a dedicated node, use n8n's HTTP Request node with your ERP's REST API. Configure auth, set the endpoint, map the fields, and POST to EasyFlow's webhook.

3
Use the direct webhook

If your ERP supports outbound webhooks natively (most modern cloud ERPs do), configure it to POST directly to /api/webhooks/inbound/{tenant_id} when events occur. No n8n needed.

4
Contribute a template

If you build a working n8n template for a new ERP, submit it to the examples/n8n-workflows/ directory via a pull request. The community benefits from every new template.
